Placer County is a great place to live and work, which is why Jacob Duncan chose to call it home. Early in his professional career, Jacob decided to relocate up to Northern California from Orange County down south. As Area Manager for a large real estate and resort development company, Jacob oversaw 100+ property sales representatives covering the Bay Area up to Lake Tahoe. He identified economic trends and forecasted pockets of opportunities for high-net-worth individuals looking to take advantage of a very hot real estate market. One day, while on his way to meet a client, he happened to drive through Roseville. Something clicked.
 
He had been thinking about going out on his own for quite some time and he realized, very quickly, that not only would Roseville serve as an appropriate base to start a business, but it would also be a great place to raise a family and establish some roots. He immediately left his very successful career as an Area Manager and established his own real estate firm committed to excellence and service. Growing up with parents who invested in real estate, Jacob was conditioned at an early age to appreciate the power of real estate ownership as well as generating large returns in the real estate market.
 
A passion developed inside of him and he has made it his life's work to represent clients who also share the desire to participate in all things real estate.
